Google API Services Data — UpCurve AUR Portal
The UpCurve AUR Portal uses Google OAuth to authenticate authorized administrators at organizations that purchase Google Workspace through UpCurve. The Portal requests read-only access to limited Google Workspace directory information needed to identify the signing-in user, confirm their organization, and determine eligibility to submit additional license requests through UpCurve’s billing platform.
UpCurve does not modify Google Workspace directory data or use Google user data for advertising, marketing, or the development of artificial intelligence models. UpCurve does not sell Google user data or share it with affiliates for marketing purposes. Google user data may be processed by service providers only when necessary to operate, secure, and support the AUR Portal, or disclosed when required by law.
Google user data and authentication information are retained only for as long as necessary to authenticate the user, process and document license requests, provide billing and support services, and satisfy applicable legal or accounting requirements. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a legitimate operational need. Users may revoke the Portal’s access through their Google Account permissions or request deletion of applicable stored data by contacting licensing@upcurvecloud.com.
The UpCurve AUR Portal’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
